I'm a freelance illustrator who works in traditional and digital media on book covers, interiors, and comic books. My clients include Scholastic, Little, Brown and Company, Hodder & Stoughton, Arthur A. Levine Books, G.P. Putnam's Sons, Simon & Schuster, Scholastic Educational, Dark Horse Comics, Image Comics, and others. My upcoming collaborative novel with Kiersten White comes out on April 29th, 2014. I've also collaborated on the art for three novels and one graphic novel with my wife, the writer Laini Taylor, and our most recent collaboration (LIPS TOUCH: Three Times) was a finalist for the National Book Award. I live in Portland, Oregon with Laini and our daughter Clementine.
